I want to thank Eric and his staff of people at Integrity Homes & Lending for purchasing the home I had for sale. Closing would have been very quickly if it had not been an estate sale. Needless to say, underwriting for the title insurance required more documents and more signatures. Eric was kind enough to wait the extra time it took to satisfy the underwriters and we still closed within 60 days. I am very impressed with his professionalism. He was always straightforward and honest during the complete process. I would do business with Integrity Homes again if the occasion arises.
